That’s it. Contest is over I realy have one QSO in the contest log and this is not normal one, this is a QSO with S51ZO, Jože – my first JN86 square on 3cm 🙂

No, Jože wasn’t only participant on 3cm but unfortunately half of my 2m’s radio died. 250mW of output power was reduced to just few mW, so I was vy lucky that Jože was able to copy me.

I still don’t know what went wrong with 2m radio, but I was quite dissapointed because receiving signals from S51ZO, 9A1CMS and I4XCC were realy strong. Below you can see the video with I4XCC transmision in the back.

I hope that next time technical stuff will work better. My apologise to all guys to whom I sent mail for sked. Be sure I will try to work you next time!

Desicion has been made! Tomorrow  (8.3.2015) I will try to climb 2558m a.s.l. high Grintovec. I’ll be active (just plans) from 11:00  to 13:00 UTC and only on 3cm. There will be no internet access.

Today I tested my ctest setup for 3cm. Weather seems to be fine except wind will blow on the mountains. I still don’t know where to go. Will report just before I go.

I have plan to be active in VHF/UHF/SHF March 2015 contest. So far I don’t know where to go, but I am sure to be active on 3cm and probably on 2 meters as well. When weather forecast for Ctest weekend will be avaible… More info follows…
